Thursday, May 6th – Feeding Giants is an acoustic trio combining smooth sweet harmonies, acoustic melodies and toe tapping beats. Feeding Giants covers an eclectic variety of genres from Classic Country, Americana, Indie Folk and more creative fun, intense, yet relaxing musical experience that will delight the musical palate and satisfy the soul.
Thursday, May 13th – Noodle Soup is the Roaring Fork & western Colorado River Valley’s premier traditional New Orleans style Dixieland jazz & blues band, performing at local and regional celebrations since 2015. Noodle Soup’s members have been performing and entertaining western Colorado in various groups and endeavors for over 25 years. Collectively, the eight musician’s performing experience is a group total of well over 200 years! Noodle Soup’s unique musical genre is traditional New Orleans style Dixieland jazz and blues but also includes cool jazz, swing music, classic popular tunes, Broadway show tunes, and distinctive versions of familiar spirituals and hymns. The Noodle Soup sound is toe-tapping happy music, and perfect for dancing, celebrating special events, spicing up an event where good times and a festive mood are to be enjoyed, or just simply sitting back and enjoying the delightful music!
Thursday, May 20th – Elk Range formed in the campgrounds of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and have been playing original music and Newgrass favorites for over 6 years and are about to release their first album of original music. Inspired by the best of bluegrass and the local mountains, this unique mandolin and guitar duo invites you to an extraordinary musical experience… and remember “If ain’t fast, it ain’t Elk Range Bluegrass!”
Thursday, May 27th – Queen Bees is a collaboration of local valley favorite female artists, Joey Ball of New Mamm Creek, Portia Rodgers of Stone Kitchen and the Red Dirt River Band, and Aundrea Ware of Feeding Giants and The Mixx. From Americana, Country, Folk and Rock, this powerhouse trio weaves together new interpretations of classic covers with stunning harmonies, inspiring melodies, and the perfect feminine touch.
